Who we are
We are building and expanding a pool of semi-skilled talent through targeted field sourcing and social media campaigns. Kenya has a strong, ready supply of practical workers — particularly from the large informal Jua Kali sector and technical training pathways.
Nationality is primarily Kenyan. Job opportunities sit mainly in the UAE. Many candidates already have on-the-job experience, trade skills or short-course certifications, basic English, and are prepared for overseas deployment — subject to medical, document, and compliance checks.

Masons, carpenters, steel fixers, plumbers, painters, tilers, scaffolders, welders/fabricators, and general construction helpers.
Waiters and waitresses, cooks and kitchen helpers, cleaners, housekeepers, laundry attendants, and hotel support staff.
Light and heavy vehicle drivers, delivery drivers, and related operators ready for site, city, and logistics work.

The corridor
